Dear sir we have booked a bus ticket with the name of my mother Mrs. Krishna Garg Ludhiana To Delhi dated 26/06/2018 with timing 11:58 PM with PNR[protected] but we have received a mail from [protected]@travelyaari.com Dear customer I apologize to say that your ticket from Ludhiana to Delhi PUNBUS-LUDHIANA DEPOT VOLVO service cancelled due to operator issue. So we are processing full refund for this booking. You will get the refund within 7 to 15 days bank working days. Bit still refund is not received in my account i have talk to one of travel yaari representative Mr. Shivam he says me approval is not given by PUNBUS contact PUNBUS so he is only harass me & not want to refund process. Kindly take a necessary action against travelyaari so they never making fool people in future & also refund my money as soon as possible.
