We highly regret the inconvenience caused to you,

We see that you did this transaction through Debit card no. 459150XXXXXX6379, Divya Chouhan. So once you cancel the ticket, an automated refund happens in place which means your refund would be automatically reversed into Debit card. Do see that your refund has been successfully processed into the same Debit card no. mentioned above. Kindly raise charge back dispute with respective bank, If bank still says that refund is not credited even after raising charge back dispute, kindly reach out to Payu team at [protected]@payu.in
