I have book two tickets for manali destination and due to lock down we are not able to visit it. That's why whatever hotel and train tickets we have done are cancelled and they have refunded the money. But, as soon as i contacted travelyaari services they throw me an email that they don't have their accountant to check the refund. Then i again email and after that they said bus operator is not providing any feedback on this. Is this the way to treat your customers. If we are providing online services then we had to maintain a facility in case the bus ticket is cancelled we can refund the amount. But they are not doing it.
I think they need to stop providing bus services and let us assume that we need to book the bus on the spot.
Pathetic service and i will strongly recommend to not use their bus services, because they just cheat, fraud and showing their helplessness that's why this review is required. Was this information helpful? |
