Hi,
I am writing this mail to inform you that due to wrong information provided by travelyaari i have missed my bus from delhi to chandigarh (Ticket no[protected] which was scheduled at 10:45 pm on 30th dec 2017 from counter no 22 but bus got departed from other counter.
Regarding this issue i have called to customer care 2 times on 30th dec from mobile no. [protected] and talked to cce hiten and vikas, when i called up first time my call was attended by hiten, he assured me that he will call me back in 15 minutes but he didn't.
When i called up 2nd time, vikas attended my call, i asked him to connect me to hiten he told me that his shift is over now and after repeating my issue again to him he told that he will talk to respective authority and it will take around 24 hrs, but still i have not recieved any call.
At that time passenger was alone at bus stand and was waiting from 9 pm, she missed that bus and came back to home, if anything happens to her then who was responsible.
After writing all these things i just want few things from your side.
1. Refund my ticket amount.
2. Give training to cce's so that they can give proper information to customers in place of misguiding them.
3.in these types of cases who will be responsible for female passengers.
