Description: I booked a Indigo Flight (6E-707) ticket on Travolook.in from Indore to Pune(14 Aug 2022). but I immediately call back that my tickets has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. but after 14 days also I didn't got refund in bank, and after calling customer I got response saying "please wait till Monday, or we will reinitiate the refund", but after 25 day also didn't got refund. I have attached cancelling mail with this request. please help in receiving refund...

    I have made a booking on 10th May 2022. It has been canceled due to some technical reason as per travolook with reference number REF[protected]. It's been more than 2 months. I haven't received a refund yet. I am continuously following up them but no satisfactory response.

      I used travolook to book an air ticket on 24th June, the money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked I immediately got a call from travolook that airline had declined the transaction hence the ticket was not booked and I will get the refund in 7 working days. It’s been close to 1 month now the amount is not yet credited and travolook customer support in not replying on emails. The customer support says they have tried refunding the amount but the merchant had denied it, they are not even giving my the refund transaction reference number. They are lying they are using my money and harassing the customer. Till today they have not mentioned when I will be getting my refund.

        Incident happened on 3rd July'22 While booking the ticket it suddenly shows got cancelled due to operational glitch. That triggered suspicion as to why because i am a frequent flyer never witnessed this thing. And asking for refund they first said within 24 hrs it will be done which is the norm anyways. But its been more than 15 days now and they are keep saying 10 days more.
        No doubt they are a big fraud company. Please take a strict action and get me the refund at the earliest

          I have booked a ticket from Travolook on 30th May from Tirupathi to Bangalore. The ticket was cancelled due to a price hike, I have received a call and email from the customer care of Travolook saying that the ticket has been cancelled and said the refund has been initiated and it would be credited in 7 working days. But even after 45 days, I haven't received the refund yet. I tried to reach customer care but I receive the same message saying the refund has been initiated and it would take 15 days. I don't think they are taking any initiative in resolving the concern.

            I have book flight ticket in January from this company after book the company mail that with some technical issues your ticket has been canceled after that they said they will refund the amount but not yet refunded it’s almost 6 month’s

            Hi, even I'm facing the same issue with this company, I made a booking on 24th June 2022 after successful payment I got a call from the company saying the ticket could not be booked as the airline declined the transaction and my money will be refunded in 10 working days. Its been almost a month now there is no response from the company.

              Booked a flight on 26th June with amount of Rs 9319 and within few seconds booking got cancelled from travolook by saying sum circustance and told refund will initiate within 10 days.Its almost 19days till today didnt recieve any amount.Call the customer care and everytime they are giving timings like next week or next few days it will refund.Last time when i called they told a query case has been initiated on this matter and amount will credit within this week.But till todays didnt recieve the amount.screenshot of Bookings email are attached for reference.Kindly help me with this problem as I am a student.

              Hi, let's just come together to address this issue. We should file an online complaint to Cyber Crime and Consumer Court.

                I booked a flight ticket through Travolook on 14th July. Minutes after the booking I got a call from their customer care number that the booking is canceled due to fare expiration. I haven't got a mail stating the ETA for a refund.
                Also to prove this is fraudulent activity, the fare of the flight ticket is still the same after a day. I saw many such complaints on Twitter and Quora.

                Please address this issue asap to get my refund and avoid such future cases

                If this issue is not resolved asap, I am planning to connect with other victims for this fraud and file a combined complaint against TRAVOLOOK in consumer court and Cyber Crime.

                      I booked a ticket on June 19 and the travolook cancelled the tickets for some reason since then I have not received my refund into the bank i have been following on the same for 1 month now but the customer care says 24/48 everytime I call them, kindly take an action as early as possible and please help to get my issue resolved

                        3 Bookings made on 6th May for Rs. 6718, Rs. 23813, and Rs.6718. Ticket Auto Cancelled with the reason as fare expiration.
                        Haven't got the money back yet. Customer care, [protected]@travolook.in send the same scripted response that money will be refunded within 5-7 days.
                        Please help me get my money back...

                          Good evening Consumer complaints,

                          I am Padma Maddu. I booked a ticket on 8th June with Travolook and I cancelled the ticket on 8th June, today it is 13th July, and still, I haven't received my refund. I have to pay interest on my credit card bill amount. I called customer service a number of times. Every time they are asking me to wait for 5 working days

                          They sent the receipt for the amount they need to pay me, it is not the full amount, they deduced Rs 2280. In total I paid Rs42049. Please help me in getting my refund.

                            Booking made on 30th May for Rs. 6935. Ticket Auto Cancelled with the reason as fare expiration.
                            Haven't got the money back yet. Customer care, their Relationship officer [protected]@travolook.in, their nodal office [protected]@travolook.in send the same scripted response that money will be refunded within 5-7 days.

                              I have booked a flight on[protected] from travelook and it got cancelled in no time, refence number REF[protected]. I have emailed so many people but they keep on dragging it, saying it will be initiated on 10-15days in your account and still on I haven't received my hard earned money... kindly look at the matter .. it will be very helpful .. please do the needful...

                                I booked a flight ticket from Delhi To Bhubaneshwar via Ref: REF[protected] on 12 July 2022 via this side, firstly It took the booking and amount was deducted from my account but at the same time I receive an email stating that My booking Was cancelled, 12 hours have been passed neither I have got my refund back nor are they picking up my call.
                                I request the concerned ones to kindly get my refund initiated asap because I only have this much money to go .

                                  I tried booking a flight ticket on 16th June 2022 from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) but it canceled the ticket saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been one month but it has not refunded my amount and has not replied to my emails. I tried calling customer care multiple times but every time they give the same excuse that there is the issue from the merchant side and you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days. My reference ID is REF[protected]. I have called 50 times till now and every time they say wait for 5-7 days even after providing all the details. Till now my money hasn't been refunded. I have attached my booking details

                                  I m also facing same issue. in a same manner they have cheated me. its almost a month now till now i didnt get the refund.
                                  Is there any chance to get the refund from this cheaters .

                                    The refund of my money which was debited on 12th June for my travel on 13th June from Bengaluru to Thiruvananthapuram and return tickets from Thiruvananthapuram to Bengaluru.
                                    Rs 11652 was debited from my account and due to technical issues from the company side the ticket was not booked and got cancelled and the money has not been credited to my account till now. I have informed about this issue to the company through phone calls 5 times and they told that it will get refunded with a few days multiple times. & I have sent a mail to [protected]@travolook.in. The worst part is there has been no confirmation mails or any news updates until now regarding the refund. And it takes a lot of time to contact the customer care executives to inform about the same. Its been 30 days after the payment is done.

                                        I have booked flight ticket BLR- DEL on 1st June which travolook cancelled stating "Due to operational reasons booking was cancelled and will refund the complete amount within 7-10 working days"

                                        Today its almost 45 days, not got any refund yet.
                                        Called customer support several times, always gives fake hopes and promises and says amount will be refunded in next 2 days.
                                        Those 2 days now landed almost 45 days.

                                        I provided my bank details almost 3-4 times for manual transfer. Still they are not providing refund.
