Travolook — Fraud bookings and money not refunding

I booked the flight from travolook on 22nd of feb from lucknow to mumbai with reference id ref[protected] the money rs. 6853/- got debited but informed through mail immediately (Your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at[protected] or send us an email at [protected]@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.in such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will not be processed) and after waiting for 5 to 6 days not received amount and i mailed them they replied for taking 10 to 15 days for refund process after 10 to 15 days no refund and again i approached but they reply same it feels they are harassing and doing frauds it already nearby 2 months, i have send them 5 reminder mails and also called them with long waiting of 30minutes.
