Travolook — Not providing refund for cancelled ticket

I had booked my tickets on 7th jun 2022 from delhi to mumbai but they cancelled it and are not providing a refund even after multiple follow ups. Initially they said in 10 days they will provide and they said 15 days and now they say they have initiated but it has been more than a week i have not received my money yet.
