[Resolved] Travolook — Not Refunding my money after cancellation of my booking
I had booked three air tickets from Travolook website on 7/7/22. Once i made the payment for the same they call me and said due to fare expiration you can't get the ticket at the same price so either pay extra or cancel the booking. Incase of cancellation full money will be refunded by 8-10 business days. But it has been 18 days they have not refunded my money. Now when i talk to customer care they are asking me to wait for another 5-7 business day but not giving me anything in writing that payment will 100% refunded by so and so date.

SO WITH CONSTANT FOLLOW UP CALLS AND EMAILS AND AT LAST WARNING THEM WITH LEGAL ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN IF REFUND IS NOT RELEASE IMMEDIATELY I GOT MY REFUND ON 23RD DAY.
