Complaint marked as Resolved It's tooo worst experience which i had faced this travolook airlines. initially when my flight as been cancelled due to technical reason travollok team informed me that refund will be process within 7-10 working days but later no one responded in mail or call properly it's tooo weird that every support guy informing that with 7-10 working days, within 7-10 working days... the days are passing and i tried to mail support team but no one responded for my 100's of mails. and finally went to "customer complaints court" i finally there reacted after approx 40 days and then refunded.
I booked a ticket on July 7th REF[protected] From Chennai to Bagdogra in Travolook., money deducted from the account but ticket was canceled due to differential fare and I received a call as well telling me that money will be refunded within 10-15 working days. But still now money is not Refunded, kindly refund as early as possible. I always trust your website and ticket, That is why I booked the ticket as well. please
