[Resolved] Travolook — Refund not initiated after 15 days

Travolook extract money in the name of ticket booking and cancel the ticket saying some reasons like "Fare Expiration". After which they won't refund the money and won't reply to your mail and also for contacting customer care you will be made to wait for 20 minutes. I booked my ticket on 12 June 2022 and my reference ID is REF[protected]. Till now my money hasn't been refunded.

I also parallelly mailed to the [email protected] and also [email protected] where the asked me to fill udertaking form, Id card and my account details to initiate manual refund. Al these days were so hectic and highly depressing. But at the end I received my refund. Apart from this I filed a complaint at cyber crime, National consumer helpline and through 24X7 paytm support they initiated the request for charge back.

Updated by Dragi Its been 23rd days till now there is no refund and also travolook stopped responding to my email. Worst customer care support.

Updated by Dragi I received a call from their call centre and they are asking me to send my aadhar id, account details for manual refund and also asked me to sign undertaking form. When i asked them why should i send my aadhar Id they put my call on hold and again said they will mail the form and i should submit my aadhar/ voter id for refund. I don't know why should i submit my ID for getting my money back.
