I Booked my air ticket from Gorakhpur to Kolkata on 24 Nov 2020. My ticket got cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected] due to fare expiration as said by Travolook. Also they drop me a mail that they will refund my Rs.6937 in my account within 7-10 working days. I have to wait till 7 to 10 working days. I called them after that waiting period for the status of my refunded. They started lying. They told me that they initiate my refund but my bank reverse my amount in their account. They again told me to wait till 7-10 working days. I again called them for my refund and they again given me a another 7 - 10 working days for refund. They were telling that we are raising your complaint wait for some more 7-10 working days. I called them several time for my refund and they are saying the same thing to wait for 7-10 days. I think this company travolook is a FRAUD. They are BIG SCAMMER in the market. First they cancel the tickets then they make interest from the same amount by holding it as more as possible.
