Travolook — They cancelled my ticket and not refunding my amount inspite of several followups

I have booked a return flight to Bangalore on June 8th 2022 and they have immediately cancelled my tickets after completing the money transaction. They send me an email that booking is cancelled because of fare expiration and money will be refunded.

Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected]

I called several times following up on refund and every time they say some technical problem and will get my refund in 5-7 days and so far I have not received my refund inspite of several follow ups.

I found out on net that many people are having the similar issue. I really appreciate your help resolving the issue.
