Travolook — Ticket cancelled but haven't received refund from last 35 days

I have booked the flight on 18th May 22 from Bangalore to Pune, journey start date was 3rd June, but unfortunately got canceled from Travolook. The reason was 'operational reasons' It has been more than a month and I haven't received the payment yet.
I tried to communicate several times through calls, and emails, whenever we call customer support they say a refund was initiated 3 days back and money will be received after 3 to 4 days. this has been going on since the time of booking. This response is repeated every time we call them and they do not respond to the email which we sent to them.
As of today, 36 days have passed but money has not been received. it appears this is a fake website and cybercriminals are involved.
kindly investigate and take strict action against them and please assist to get my refund back.
