Travolook — Ticket cancelled but not receiving my refund.

On 12th feb, i had to travel to tamil nadu urgently for my grand mothers demice. i searched for flight tickets on multiple websites and decided to book through travolook. i did all the entries and did the payment 12152/-. after 5 min i get a call from travolook that the rate has changed for the flight tickets booked and there is a shot of 2000rs and to complete the booking confirmation i had to pay the short amount.

i refused to pay so they said in that case it will be cancelled an refund will be received within 10 business working days.

from 12th feb after 15 working days i called on[protected] to follow up for my refund. they said that there was a merchant payout error and the refund is re processed. after another 10 days i called again to follwo up for my refund. Again they said that the same will be done in 4 days. Days are passing by and they only keep confirming that it will be done in 3 days or 4 days.

i am starting to worry now. today also 16th mar they have confirmed that i will receive my refund by monday 21st march 2022. Does it actually take more than a month for refund. please help me
