Ticket REF[protected] was booked on TRAVOLOOK website 21st May for journey date 23rd May from Delhi to Belgaum (IXG) and return on 26th May from Belgaum to Delhi. Passenger Name: Eesha Jain. After payment of Rs 20089 was made soonafter received message from travolook that booking cancelled due to fare expiration. Since then we have been regularly calling customer support number and sending Email still after 32 days Money not received. whenever we call customer support they say refund initiated 3 days back and money will be received after 3 to 4 days. this has been going on since the time of booking. This response is repeated every time we call them and they do not respond to email which we sent to them. As of today 32 days have passed money not received. it appears this is fake website and cyber criminal are involved. kindly investigate and take strict action against them and please assist to get our refund back. we can be reached at email: eeshu.[protected]@gmail.com/[protected]@hotmail.com Thank you. +2 photos Was this information helpful? Today also contacted customer service and we got the same response as usual Refund is initiated on the date 20th before that I was initiated on the date 19th and before that it was the 16th and the story has been repeated but money is not yet received. To me, it appears to be a Fake website and they do not respond to email and they do not wish to share the office address. KINDLY PLEASE TAKE SEVEREST ACTION AGAINST THESE WEBSITES FRAUDSTER AND KINDLY ASSIST TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED SOONEST. Thanks
