I have booked one ticket in January'22. Even after several times of following up, they were not refunding my money. Although the ticket was cancelled form their side only. Then in April I got my refund amount only 30%. However, they are claiming that they have fully refunded.
Now once again I have booked one ticket in July. The same case repeated. And I am not refunded yet.
