[Resolved]  Trawex Technologies — Logo, design and website

Updated by Ajay Senthu Respected sir, iam a student in chennai. My friend and I dreamed of beginning an innovative travel startup. So we contacted Trawex Technologies, a travel based IT company based in kanakpura, banglore. We trusted trawex and has given an amount of 2.25 lakhs hoping for a good quality product but in the beginning logo design phase itself, we didn't like the logo they designed and asked to rework on it.Even then, as we weren't satisfied with their work in the beginning itself and requested for refund of 2.25 lakhs. Trawex denied for refund saying according to their contract refund is not possible. But in contract they also said that the contract will be started only when the client pays 50% of the total project cost, we haven't paid 50% but they claim the refund is not possible. There is no justice on their arguments.Now, for a design which is not satisfied they have locked up our entire amount. As budding entrepreneurs and students we need justice and our money. We're suffering to pay our tuition fees. Trawex is delaying our growth by locking up our amount. Kindly do us justice. We request our commissioner to help us.
