I had raised a reverse pick up request with trendin.com more than 10 days ago for which I was told that someone would come and pick up the product and in due time my amount will me refunded. But no one has yet come to pick it up. I tried contact customer care several times via emails, calls and twitter. They just keep promising me that issue would be resolved but it has been 10 days and yet no resolution. I have been harassed by Trendin.com. Please provide me with a resolution. You are my last hope.
