[Resolved] Tresmode — sandal sole repair | |||||
Hi, i have purchased two sandals from tres mode. I had complaint about sandal. I had good discussion over sandals sole n heel. Even i had send mail too bt no response from company. When will you take action. It's warranty period has already passed. When i visited tres mode store they said your sandal will be repaired. After 2 week they said we will exchange your sandal. When i visited store, i had selected one pair of sandal bt they refuse to exchange because i had purchased with discount. Is there any rule if i purchas tresmode sandal with discount then it'll not be repair? When i had chat with customer care about my problem. They said send us mail. We will look after your problem. Thank you for reaching out to us however we are afraid to inform you that this is the first complain received from your end. Also to clarify that the above concern raised seems to be contradictory in statements made. Allow us to help you resolve your concern here. 1.You claim to have raised the concern (not sure where) and that you had a long discussion about the shoe in that case where did the company fall short in reverting to your concern. The statement means you did receive a note from us. 2.Thank you for visiting our store to drop the shoe for repair and glad you acknowledged that you received a call where you were offered an exchange in 15days of time because we take 10-15 days in repair process which is also mentioned on the retention slip that is given while you give shoe for repair. 3.We at Tresmode follow policy where if you buy a product on sale and if the customer is facing any problem, we only offer repair service but mostly we do go ahead and offer an exchange however this exchange is valid only on non-discounted shoe. 4. Thank for reaching out to our chat team and they did ask you to send an e-mail hence yes we are awaiting your mail. Also request you to attach the previous mails as you claim that no one from customer care has responded to your mails. We remain at your disposal to try and assist you in resolving the query.
