I purchased a diamond solitaire ring from TBZ Thane store in nov 2019 - the price of the ring was Rs. 2, 01, 650. As it was a busy season, they did not give the diamond certificate at the time of purchase and instead told me I will receive it in a week in the store and they will call me - which I never received. I did not follow up after this because of lockdown (I don't live in India) so I contacted them in Jan 2022 when I visited India and shared the scanned copy of the bill with [protected]@tbzoriginal.com along with the ring photos. I also visited the store in person to show them the bill and the product - the staff examined the ring, took down all details of the ring and told me I will get the certificate in a week. Despite several phone calls, I have no success with them and now they are lying to me saying that I received the certificate. How difficult is it to simply issue a diamond certificate for the product I purchased with them and they have all the details to process? I feel like I am being cheated with what they have sold me.
