They will approach you with all the promises like speeds and connections even if your house is remotely located. First they will speak nicely till they get money. And after that they dont even care. They will not attend properly if there is any internet issue. They will not attend calls properly and also if they attend they will speak in very bad manner. Behaving very badly with the customers. Please dont go for this isp, its totally waste...

i m tridax customer from madambakkam, for the last 6 months i m using tridax broadband, the service was little bit good, but the proprietor and the female staff of the company are very very worst people, bcoz when i went for the last renewal payment but i saw some illegal activities between Mr.saravanan and his female staff, this is the 2nd time a catch them in this situation, and i think there are 5 cases filed against Mr.saravanan in selaiyur...
