I take a franchise from tripmegamart, compeny says customers, with huge market but unfortunatly we take a franchise worth 22000 but 1 yeear done 22000 lost also the company not assure and no transparency about booking done trough online, we not get exactly details about booking done by online something wrong software . only display the booking from our office IP adresss that means completely disappointment so all our holidays partner try to direct api intergration if your looking true business

I have a question. I got their call 1.5 year back. At that time I also did not trusted them as they are in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Lekin avi fir inka call aaya toh ekbar fir saari chije dekhi maine. Achi toh tab v lagi thi inki chije aur ab v lagi hain. Lene ka man v hai kyuk Meri ek Travel Agency hai aur 5 Cabs hain jo mai rental services me deta hun. Ab savi travel agency aur taxi rental agency online booking k liye app aur website banwa rahe hain. Customers ka v demand horaha hai kuch dino se. Isliye ab online booking website aur mobile app k bagair chalega nahi. Isliye 2-4 aur v companies se baat ki maine, But inse v baat hui. Inse v saste kuch companies hain jo price de rahe. Magar unka quality dekhte hi samajh me aa jaega. Kuch aur hain jo thora price jyada hai mere budget se bahar. Haalaki Taxi app inke alawa koi aur nahi mila jo online taxi booking Ola jaise ho paye. Main v confused hun. Haalaki isi confusion me pichli baar nahi le paya. Us time price inka kam tha. Ab toh price thora badh v gya.
I want take the decision.

Can you prescribe another good company better than tripmegamart? With good services, cheaper tickets and good customer services?

Hello Cloudcross, from your email attachment it is crystal clear that you have not paid the full amount. However your website is ready and delivered too on good relation. Now they are asking rest amount. And you are not willing to pay the rest amount.

It is whose fault ?
Unable to understand.
