Tripclue — cancellation refund | |||
#customerharassment #nobusinessethics #tripclues. Never ever book your hotels from tripclues, they are fraud and don't have any business ethics. We made a booking for shillong (Hotel saw aiom guest house shillong) for 4 families from tripclues.com There was some tensed situation and curfew was imposed in shillong during this period and saw aiom guys themselves called us and informed us not to come at their place as it's not safe to come there. As person was very genuine he told us that he is refunding our money to travel agent. So we cancelled our booking. Same thing communicated to tripclues.com and they also assured us that we'll get back our money. But after following up for 15 days (With so many calls and mails) travel agent tripclues.com is saying they can't refund the money. They are interested to give us voucher of booking amount. Booking done for - 4 rooms (Deluxe double room for 3 nights (3rd june to 6th june 2018) Room tariff - 3800 each Taxes and fees - 2430 Grand total - 51030 Advanced paid - 25515 Issue here is hotel guys themselves suggested us to cancel the booking and these travel agents are taking the money and not ready to refund which hotel owner has already refunded them.
