Kept us waiting for 2hrs with at least 5 calls from us. Staff has every quality of bad customer service. Disregard, disrespect and bad attitude is their trade mark.
One ms sharanya who believes in being cool on phone, yelling at us and blaming the other departments for bad service. And then a gm of the place who takes the matter into hand only to threaten you that your vehicle would not be serviced if you think of providing feedback!
