Triviyaa — faulty clothes | |||
Hello Sir, my name is Shubhechh my complaint is about fake product I'd ordered a dress on 3 February 2018 from the Triviyaa site cost ₹699 with grand total ₹854 I got the delivery on 6 February 2018. The product which I got was totally different from what I had ordered it's AWB no. Is[protected] I tried to call the delivery company named delhivery one executive attained my call and told her that Iwant to cancel my order because it is totally wortless and different from what I ordered so she gave me[protected] this no. I tried this no. Lot of times but it is showing out of reach even delhivery isn't helping me now they are providing wrong information they gave me fake email id and fake mobile no. Yes, it is a fraud company.I also ordered 2 kurties but they gave me 2 piece of net.I am not getting return option but at the time of order return option is there.please help me as soon as possible.
I place an order for Rs 850 on 9.2.18 but send a mail immediately to cancel the order but I didn't receive any confirmation yet for cancelling the order. I received a mail immediately to confirm the order but no mail to cancel the order as I don't have any contact no. of customer care . So please help and confirm the cancellation of my order.

The product which I got was totally different from what I had ordered, i tried to find some way to contact to any person from Triviyaa but unable to find.
