Triviyaa — wrong item delivered- ordered designer gown and got saree instead

I had ordered a designer gown for women (Order no.208298) on june 1, 2018 but received a cheap saree by courier instead. It was by cash on delivery. I paid rs746.90 for the same. I need the gown i ordered originally to be delivered to me and the saree collected or my money refunded. Kindly confirm which of the above can be done and how to register the complaint with the company

I ordered a kurthi but I have received a unfinished poor quality saree. I want to return the product. Very much disappointed. There was not even proper return policy. Please help to resolve my issue. This a pure consumer exploitation.
