My daughter has ordered a “lehenga” on triviyaa online shoping on 15th May 2018 (Order No. 176161) and delivered on 23rd May 2018 (PURPOSELY) wrong item. When she called for refund, triviyaa customer care assistant (MR. SONU KUMAR), over [protected] taken Debit Card no. details and drawn Rs. 9999/- and Rs. 9999/- twice, they have misused my debit card, when I asked refund of money, first they agreed Mr. RAHUL KUMAR was the person who attended my call on Mob no. [protected] no refund received till date, now the bank has blocked my Debit Card and it is not functioning. Management pl. look into this matter and arrange to transfer my amount to My account No. [protected], SBI, JAYANAGAR-II BLOCK BRANCH, PATALAMMA TEMPLE STREET, BANGALORE. Otherwise a police FIR will be booked at cyber police. I ALREADY DISPLAYED IN FACEBOOK. MOSTLY CRIME BRANCH WILL CONTACT YOU READY FOR FACE THE PROBLEM AND ALSO TOUCH WITH CONSUMER COURT SHORTLY.
