Hello sir, i ordered one saree in www.triviyaa.com but the product which is delivered to me is totally different than which i ordered and also quality is too poor. Iam trying to find customer service number but couldn't get it. I don't have idea now whom to contact. Plz help me with this. I want to replace my product as my order. I am not happy with product. Ur product is very cheap quality i will return ur product and my money back.
I b.jyothi had ordered a saree and a lehenga dress on 20-04-18 .I received a parcel on[protected]order no being 116878) and paid the amount in earn of rs 1394 .but on opening the pkt i found they were not the ones i ordered i immediately called the delivery boy (suvo -[protected]) and he told me to contact the company dealer .(sonu kumar-[protected]).i immediately contacted him, who promised to credit the amount to my account.i give him the debit card ac no, which i provided to my horror instead of creditng the account .he had debited an amount of rs 2000 from the account committing a fraud.hence immediately reqt you to take strong action for committing a fraud.im also lodging a police complaint.[FIR]wid my police station

I ordered 2 gowns but received local cheap sarees, can anyone provide the consumers complaint No.
Its happen with me also.. i have order a gown they deliver me a worst quality saree. then when i wass called at there customer care no they want my debit card and credit card detail. So i was tasted them i give them a card no which have zero balance and give them details. They keep on trying and sent me otp. And after some time when they did not find anything start slungs also..
So I think its a set process At first they sent us wrong product then trying to fraud us. Now they have posted on their facebook wall about this fraud and all so no one can dought them. They have also hide their facebook comments. So no one can read them.
