Triviyaa — return the item and refund

I received wrong order from the website triviya.com.. Where i ordered a kurti and got a cheap saree delivered. The delivery person refused to collect the order.. Please help to return and refund my money. The company address is ff sunrise plaza, behind abc society puna gam chowk, surat gujrat, surat-395006. The order id is 3081009, tracking id[protected]. The order is a designer pretty kurti-001 xxl. The amount i paid was rs. 530.92. I have attached the photo of the dress i ordered and what i received. The order details are also attached.
