Team, I have ordered a kurti (Designer pretty kurti-021) On 21st may 2018 the wrong product delivered to me, i received a cheap saree. I have ordered a kurti from www.triviyaa.com they have delivered a wrong product to me and when i have called on customer care number. the executive picked the call asked for all my personal debit card details and when i denied on certain point. they started abusing language. my order no. is [protected]
Please cancel my order number 177152 as soon as possible.
I want to complaint this company, this is fraud company. I just want my money back.i ordered something and received something cheap stuff. I will pull them to the court.

They company have shown something and delivered some cheap goods which was not ordered

I ordered 2 gowns and received 3 sarees instead. It is also paid via cash. I want to return the product and have the correct one delivered. This is getting pathetic now.
I had ordered for designer gown and a kurti. But when it delivered I found 2 cheap sarees in a single packet. At least don't make fool of people. My order id is 154918. Such a worst experience, I had never faced. Totally a fraud company.

Correct product is not deliver cheap and damage quality I receive 1500rupees dresses they send 500rupees sarees
I moved the selected sarees to my cart. And selected only one saree to buy ..after I placed my order all the sarees are placed, which is costing me so much. Here I didn't see any option to cancel the order, triviyya mail is not working, no contact number. I want to cancel my order. The order no is 171208.
The order was placed by mistake. So I really want to cancel it, if you don't cancel it and if you deliver, it's a waste of time. So please do cancel the order
