True Balance — they did not refund my money | |||||
I have recharged a jio number at 9 nov 2017 of rs 399. I recharged 4 times and all times recharge has been failed and money is deducted from my bank account rs 1196. They say that refund money will be deposit with in 7-10 working days but till today after 2 months i can't get my money. I have send all details to them more than 10 times but every time they replied that please send bank statement and screen shot of failed recharge.. So please refund my money... I do Recharge for Mobile Number [protected] by 509 as on 02 APR 2018. recharge not success butamount deduct from My Account . Amount not refund yet. please refund same amount soonly. otherwise I complain CONSUMER COURT.

On 6 december recharge of DTH RS 240 and 4 times failed and money was deducted RS 960. But only 480 is refunded and now still RS 480 is not refunded. I have send a email more than 20 times but not responding me please help me in getting my money back
