Truebalance App — refund status regarding my recharge | |||
I did my recharge from this application. But they failed it without any reason. And now i need the refund but they are not giving it and even not responding to me also. I need my refund back as soon as possible because my jio offer is only applicable for 2 more days and they are asking to me for 7 days. How it could be possible to give them such days. Sir i have 139.1 rupees in my true balance wallet on 15/11/2017. But sir on 16/11/2017 when i reinstalling my true balance application then it shows Rs 0 in wallet. And also when i tried to get lucky coin the balance of lucky coin is not added to my wallet. I am very disappointed about this. Please help me as soon as possible and refund my wallet rupees.
