Truecaller — money transfer showing pending but deducted from account

I have sent the money from true caller which is 500rs on 19 sept 2019. I have sent this amount to one of my friend and the payment is showing pending from last 18 hours but the amount is deducted from my account at the transaction time. I have sent this amount through the upi and the upi i used is of google pay. Please help me out to refund this amount to my account. I am attaching the screenshot with this.
