Flipkart Incident: IN[protected]

I was not able to update for replacement on day one as delivery details were not updated by evening, later on replacement option was not available only refund was available so I had to place request for refund.

Flipkart has rejected the request as the courier partner may have informed you that the package was delivered intact, but how did he confirm that the product was intact, what I have received has scratches in the bottom.
I understand it is a big deal for the seller also to deal with returns, but this is even more of a big deal for me as it is the costly mobile purchased and I want it to be perfect.
So I request you to help in providing replacement or refund at the earliest.

As the physical damage (scratches also constitute physical damage) is covered in return policy, I request you once again to help in replacement or refund.
I also confirm that there were scratches on the mobile when I opened the mobile box which was not wrapped in any cover as shown in many unboxing videos in youtube. I always use back cover and screen guard while using the mobile. These scratches were there when I had opened the box.
