My name is Rana Biswas. Contact no-[protected]. I purchased a Samsung Mobile Phone(F22) on 22.03.22. After I received the product I found that the Front camera is not working properly so placed a replacement request. After the technician visit the seller marked my request as resolved with a different issue i.e Camera Flash is working which was not my complain. The seller repeatedly rejecting my replacement request. This is third time. The seller is not genuine. Was this information helpful? |
