Truecomretail — SAMSUNG Galaxy F12 (Sky Blue, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM)

I purchased the subject item from Flipkart with the seller details as TrueCom Retail. The item was delivered on 05.10.2021 and had following complaints
1. The receiver of the call or the caller on the other side cannot hear voice from my phone properly. The voice is faint and there is disturbance
2. The home screen shows two dates one which is current and one by default of Thursday 26th August.
3. The offered product on website mentions there is a 7 days replacement possible. However on logging in I find in my orders section there is no option of tab to return or replacement.

Also the charger is not getting connected properly to the handset and hence I cannot charge the phone as the battery has gone down. Either charger is faulty or the port of the mobile.

I resolved the screen display issue myself by changing the settings of the screen lock and the wallpaper.

However the other issue including the new one of the charger remains.

A new problem has been detected that the colours are not appropriate. You see yellow colour as green. Requested for the retrun. Has been receiving calls from Flipkart but are disconnected when asked to hold on and when in call get lots of disturbance. All this shows there is no interest on the part of Flipkart to attend.
