Truenet Commerce — i am complaining about worst delivery and worst response by flipkart

I have ordered a mi a1 on 7th dec, expected delivery date of my mobile was on 11th dec. But my order has been not packed yet. And as i gone through many reviews, i have also noticed that they have sold the defective product. What about the false promises made by both flipkart and true net commerce. I have ordered mi a1 at 8/12/17 and delivary is at 13/12/17 but in my status the mobile is still not packed

I think this is same compalint as given by other customers who ordered mi A1 mobile.i too was victim for this worst service by truenet commerce and flipkart.
i really don't know why they are neglecting this issue.
