Trujet Airlines — delay of flight 2t417 led to miss connecting flight sg1059 on 22/12/17

On 22/12/17 trujet flight 2t417 from bellary to hyderabd delayed by 1.5 hrs leading me to miss spicejet flight sg1059 from hyderabad to vizag. Flight 2t417 departed at 18hrs instead of actual departure of 1640 hrs. Even the bellary airport staff were clueless of the flight's airborne time from hyderabad. The customer care didn't pick up calls to address concerns. The staff at hyderabad airport even didn't help to register complaint.

I was left stranded at the hyderabad airport as there wasn't any other flight on the same day and other flights for the next day was not available due to the weekend of the festivity for the year end. All trains and buses were overbooked and had to reach vizag by hiring a car from hyderabad next day as there wasn't any other option left.

The mistake of trujet has made me pay a heavy price in terms of the money wasted in the flight fare of inr 20498, more than a day lost to reach destination, missed scheduled meeting and embarrassment thereafter, stress, panic and harassment during the sleepless night for confirming a mode of conveyance, the discomfort and fatigue journey in car for 13 hrs.

All this could have been surely prevented by sticking to the flight schedule and operating flights if only you can deliver in time. Please save us from all the inconvenience and harassment which is not pleasant in this scenario.

So please own up your mistake and compensate the passenger suitably which should be your moral responsibility. The defaulter must bear the price.

Boarding passes of both the flights are attached for your reference. And i expect a prompt action to resolve this complaint and come clean.
