I was not able to lose my weight in the initial detox program of 10 days, so i told them my wish to discontinue the truweight program as per their policy. But they are not stopping this program in spite of telling their crm executive ms. Sufiya and my coarch mrs. Mrudula ahire. They are not ready to stop the program, they say that i cannot stop this program once i have taken. They are not cancelling my ecs done through bajaj and taking my hard earned money. I have may times told them that stop this program i do not wish to continue, but they are not doing neeful formalities on their part. Even though i am not receiving any services now, they have not stopped ecs and also not refunding money collected for 2 months in advance from me. I have withdrawn all the money from my account, so that ecs will not take my money but i am now charged for non payment fine. Please help me in this matter.
