Sir, i am working as manager in sbi, yellandu and residing there only. My sc no.[protected]. I have received bill dtd. 04/11/2017 showing ₹480/-+₹740/-=₹1220/- as total bill to be paid before 18/11/2017 & disc date is 03/12/2017. (Snap of bill is enclosed) Kindly tell what is the date of sc disc.in the light of the bill. Today, i scheduled the bill & paid. Just now, at about 11.30, i returned home & shocked that my service is disconnected. Sir, as per the bill, what is the disc date? The line men & all your dept staff know me that i am staying there. Is it the courtesy of of your staff towards a consumer who pays the bill on dot evey momth. Are they dare enough to do the same in case real fraudsters/evaders. Your staff at 1912 tried to teach me how to analyze the bill, when i called him & requested for restoration of power. Sir, almost for 14 hours i worked in bank returned home just for rest & recuperation. But this is my fate. Kindly direct your staff to do the needful right now. Even at your level also reaction is same, i will suffer to night, but, tomorrow morning, i will take appropriate steps against the errant staff.
