Tsr Darashaw Limited — UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION AND REPRESENTATTIVES, SHARE TRANSFER AFTER HOLDERS DEATH

Dear Sir/Madam I am taking up to this post after being thoroughly harassed by the process of transferring the shares of TRENT which was held by my father after his death, to my mothers name. The appalling problem is, there is not a single responsible representative in the Darashaw office and they are not able to guide properly and make the entire issue so much cumbersome for me and my mother. We have started this circus of sending back and forth the documents for the past year or so, finally before sending the last documents I had even called their office and taken clarification from their representative. My mother is not well being more than 62 yrs of age and it becomes a big trouble for me to always attend to this issue as I have my own business which takes up my time. Today also when I had called them, one Ms. Prajakta had taken the call - she gave her name only after my so much of insisting and she could not give me her designation also. On asking whom should I contact for resolving this, the representative did not have any single name - Is this how a Investor Section run by a reputed organisation? Finally she gave me her CEO name but again with no email id. I dont know what to do? I am also not sure how small investors like us (total holding is around 375 shares), can take this issue up? The company seems is deliberately harassing us because of their inefficient resources. I am also not sure where I can go and fight for my and my mother's rights because on phone they seem to be completely indifferent. Finally I had no other route, but to write to the same common email id addressing to their CEO Mr. Ravindra Jain, unsure wehther it would reach him or if it reaches whether he will have the courtesy to look into the matter and resolve the issue. I sincerely hope that posting my grievance and the way I have been treated by TATA and TSR Darashaw, will be of some help in redressing my problem OR atleast if this could reach other potential investors or stakeholders, they can be alert of this company.
