[Resolved]  Tsspdcl — bill debited but got no refund

Hi, I have tried to pay power bill online, the amount of 528 got debited, however, bill was not paid. I tried again twice, then it was successfull. I request my first debited amount to be refund to my bank account as soon as possible. thanks Gayathri
