Tsspdcl — Electricity bill payment issue | |||||
Hi tsspdcl, I have made online bill payment of electricity bill twice on 21st june 2016. Reason: Payment done through kotak net banking and received an error and hence i thought payment not done and then i repaid the amount from the same bank. But amount debited for both the transactions. When i contatced to my branch they infrom on 11th july that payment has been claimed by tsspdcl for both the transaction. And is not reverted to any of my accounts since 1 month. Details: Ervice no is : p3038803 The extra amount paid in (June-16) is 2604 Current month's (July-16) bill amount: 1453 The amount is not adjusted in current month (Please adjust all the amount in the subsequent bill generations. I have received message your complaint has been resolved, but I gone through the current bill is showing again previous amount with arrears, so please resolve the issue,
I have paid august month power bill for the amount of 528 against the service number[protected] on 16th August, but the same amount is not deducted in current month power bill .
