Sir,
I, Somnath Basak purchase a Prestige electric kettle PKOSS 1.5 model (Serial No: 2DP[protected]) from Loknath Gift Centre, Kolkata as of 6.1.2022.
But unfortunately, only less than two months after purchasing this product, it's not working properly.
The problem with this electric kettle is as follows:
1) The switch of the kettle is not working, water is still boiling after the turn off the kettle switch.
2) The auto cut option is not working
3) The kettle body and handle become too hot.
So it is now very much risky and tough to use this product, which I buy only less than two months ago. I think this is the worst ever product I have seen ever before from a reputed company like yours (Prestige)
So, my humble request is to replace or repair this electric kettle as early as possible, else go to the consumer forum against this worst-ever product. Was this information helpful? |
