I bought Svach Deluxe Alpha 8L Pressure cooker from prestige show room. The induction base plate split open from the cooker body on the second day o[censored]se and detached completely on 3rd day.
I gave the product for warranty service at Prestige Service centre, T-nagar, Chennai on 30-October-2021. Complaint ref No. CHEN62296091
Later on Nov-06 I got sms on service completion, But they keep postponing to deliver the product when ever I call them.
I even mailed to customer care but still there is no response. It has been more than a month now with no update on the service status. Was this information helpful? |
