My prestige induction stove was not working and complaint no. Chen2518722 / tkt no. 81593 was booked on 8th january 2022. While booking i was told that within two to three days their service man will attend.
But till today 31st january 2022 nobody attended or contacted. Many times they were contacted over phone and mails but my time only was wasted and they don't bother. Though i am in avadi, chennai, their nearest service centre is at t. Nagar, 30 mks away.
Finally i managed to repair the induction stove at a nearby other private service centre.
This clearly indicates their poor after sales service with only one or two service centres. Even in their service centres also they will not return a item before 3 months according to my past experience.
I request the public to be careful while buying from prestige. Virtually there is no after sales service.
