This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a Hand Mixer PHM 2.0 (41038), 300W, Purple on 24.03.2022 from Amazon. The product worked hardly for two months.
It was under warranty and I gave it to VR HOT AND PURE WATER SOLUTION, #756, Yallareddy Building, Near Big Market, Anekal Road, Chandapura, Bangalore-560081. Cell:[protected] on 23-07-22.
Please note that initially he was not giving me any acknowledgement of receiving the product when I insisted for job number he gave me receipt only and told me he will call me in a week. Now he never called me is not servicing my product despite my repeated follow ups and replying me rudely.
Also when I contacted customer care of Prestige, I am getting a false commitment to resolve my issue. Below are the record of my conversation with the customer care executives
(1) 6th Aug, Saturday - talked to SUFEYAN AHAMED assured to resolve the issue and call back by EOD never reverted
(2) 8th Aug, Monday - talked to MOGI assured to resolve the issue and call back by EOD never reverted
(3) 9th Aug, 10 AM Tuesday - MUSKAN assured to resolve the issue and call back by EOD never reverted
(4) 9th Aug, 12 noon, Tuesday - Maasoom Khan suggested me to write a mail.
Customer care also didn't provide me any complaint number. This shows how gullible are the customers.
I bought this in the name of Ttk and made in India product. Now I am totally disappointed with the product as well as the service of Ttk.
Attached herewith the screenshot of the invoice from Amazon and the receipt from the service center of Prestige for your reference.
Request you to initiate me a refund of Rs 1529/- and do the needful.
