Prestige supreme Mixer small jar not functioning with in very few months, raised compliant and technician visited home, his behaviour is rude and not communicating clearly. He mentioned that the parts inside is not the prestige's one and it is not genuine. Product bought directly from authorised prestige showroom. Not sure technician is helpless or is it true that company is selling non genuine product. Because his statement made us think it that way. after no update probably I need to take it to their service centre directly to see what they say at least. We can not rely on customer service and home service even for the products under warrantee.
Secondly, newly bought hob top gas stove burner has issue, looks like they need to replace it, its just 2 month since we bought after spending 17, 500 INR with replacing old glass top 3 burner stove. Within 2 months of purchase burner has problem. After compliant there is no proper update whether they will replace the burner or fix anything, even after several follow ups and mails to escalation DL, not even received acknowledgment from them for customer curtesy.
If we question about the delay or any issue and if customer care executive has no answer to respond they simply put us on mute and disconnect after few minutes. Luckily I was able to connect to the same executive in next attempt but they will act as if it is the first time they are speaking and we need to explain them everything once again from the beginning.
