TTK Prestige — prestige - the gas stove glass busteed | |||||
I had purchased a prestige marvel glass gas table, 4 burner black from amazon on 21st september 2017. My wife was cooking food on it and it got busteed like a bomb. She also had got injured because of this. When i called prestige customer care, they told that they will send technician very soon. The technician came in around 10 days and informed that they are not responsible for glass. He asked for additional amount also for changing the glass. I had requested prestige customer care multiple times to replace the glass via call and email. Everytime they say that your issue is escalated and will be solved soon. But there is no resolution even after 1 month. I can't expect such type of behaviour from prestige. Was this information helpful? | |||||
