TTK Prestige — rice cooker under warranty but company not entertaining

I bought Prestige PRWO 1.8-2 700-Watts Delight Electric Rice Cooker in Oct 2018 and its not working now. I called customer support on 2nd June and their technician visited after did nothing and left. I called again on 7th June 2019 and the customer support told that they will be sending the technician immediately but no one turns up till now. I called them almost daily and only thing they inform me that the technician will visit today. Today i was asking them the reason for delay and they didn't have any answer and were telling me that there are others in the queue which means they don't want to resolve the issue and just take calls and end it . Prestige is providing worst customer support and their servicing is pathetic.
